Weather/Cancellation Policy

Quick Summary

Cancel ≥ 72 hours before: Full refund (minus 5% processing).
Cancel within 72 hours: Flat fee based on number of cabanas (see chart).
Full weather refunds only if the forecast shows ≥ 20% chance of rain during your reservation and you cancel before setup begins.
Reschedule with no additional fees.
Once setup begins (≈ 2–3 hours before start time), no refunds.
Damage Waiver Insurance: 10% of setup (pre-tax). Covers damage, not missing items.

72+ hours before start: Full refund minus 5% processing fee.
Within 72 hours: Cancellation fee applies by setup size:
- 1–2 Cabanas: $100
- 3–5 Cabanas: $200
- 6+ Cabanas: $300
You can reschedule for another date and keep full credit for the amount paid.

Florida weather changes quickly, and forecasts more than a few days out can be unreliable.

Weather-related cancellations are only considered within 48 hours of your booking.
A full refund is given only if the forecast shows a 20%+ chance of rain during your reservation window and you cancel before setup begins (usually 2–3 hours before your start time).
After setup begins: No refunds. If it rains, you’re welcome to leave for cover and return when it clears (showers are usually brief).
We may adjust your start time by up to 1 hour due to weather.
Wind safety: If sustained winds are over 15 mph, cabanas/umbrellas must remain lowered.
If rain chance is 20%+, we’ll provide a waterproof bag for towels/personal items.

Guests are responsible for lost or damaged items (cabanas, chairs, floats, coolers, speakers, etc.).
Damaged items: We’ll send a separate invoice for repair/replacement cost.
Missing items: Charged at 125% of Nana Cabana’s replacement cost.
Optional Damage Waiver Insurance: 10% of total setup (pre-tax).
- Covers all damage to items.
- Does not cover missing items (those remain at 125% of replacement cost).
